Every Vanguard PC is hand-assembled in the UK and covered by a comprehensive warranty. This page explains what is covered, how long cover lasts, and how to make a claim.
What is covered
Standard

What is not covered
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage caused by unauthorised modification, third-party components you install yourself, or wear-and-tear items such as fan bearings past their rated service life.
How to make a claim
Email customer.support@vanguard-computers.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue, including photos or a short video if possible. We will respond within one working day with next steps — usually remote diagnostics, followed by a repair, replacement part or return-to-base if needed.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law and does not affect them.
